ITIL 3 - Service Design describes the process to create a new service, this through the Service Portfolio track.Who has some experience with this and can help me with a kind of intake document that can be used for the creation of a new Service Item? I can imagine that this document could be filled in by several profiles in the chain and follows a certain validation track.Thanks for your input See More

The Service Portfolio and Catalog Language (SPACL) Standards Consortium is a consortium formed by BMC Software Inc., CA, Frontrange, HP, IBM Corporation, NewScale Inc., Planview Inc. to formally develop a standard for service catalog interoperability.
We would like you to join our Feedback Group and participate in the technical review process for the development of a new standard for service portfolio and service catalog.
