Event Description

The congress 'Servicialisierung / Servicialisation' deals with appropriate approaches, methods and concepts for reliable, efficient and paying service delivery. There will be given some inspiring lectures on conducting service delivery, service quality and service economics. The highlights are the presentation of the ServLab and the explanation of the service specification with the 12 standard service attributes. In a podium discussion at the end of each day, the audience may argue with all the speakers about their presentations, estimations and experiences.

Furthermore, there is offered a free webinar series 'service@ducation' of 12 sessions dealing with the basics of service delivery, e.g. service terms, service delivering model, service identification, service specification, service conception, service commission, service revenue, etc., starting September 21, 2010.
